Woven Badges which are cut to less standard shapes, such as some of the examples below, often require the border to be laser cut.
This process does not reduce the quality of the badge, it simply provides a clean cut edge for intricate areas giving more flexibility in design.
The gallery below displays badges with laser cut borders. Designs with 'odd' shapes utilise this technique and a popular fixing method is iron-on.
