Zinc Alloy Cast Badges
A large percentage of enamel badges are 2 dimensional, however when a design requires 3D or multi layered 2D work, then this process comes into it's own. Injection moulding is best suited for fully 3D products such as badges, keyrings, coins, buttons, belt buckles, paperweights, 3D models even wine stoppers!
Zinc alloy cast products can be infilled with enamel colour in much the same way as with our standard enamels. This Process, however, has the greatest impact when simply finished in one of our many metal plating's be it antiqued, polished or satin effect, giving a higher perceived value and a general feel of quality
