Embroidered Badges
Using state of the art "Tajima" multihead machines, these high quality badges can achieve superb design detail. Normally overlocked and cut to popular shapes such as squares,circles and rectangles, they can also be laser cut to almost any shape at NO extra cost.
Fixing options range from plain backed (Standard) to heat/iron-on, self-adhesive or even VelcroEach badge can have as many as 7 thread colours and a coloured backing cloth as standard. The badges are stitched as standard onto cotton twill coloured backing cloth (Although other materials are available) with polyester threads.
The badges are fully machine washable and totally colour fast, these badges will NOT fade.
